Instructions on revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The revocation period is 14 days from conclusion of the contract.
In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us of your decision to revoke this contract by means of an explicit declaration (e.g. a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail).

You can use the enclosed sample revocation form, but this is not compulsory.
In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice regarding the exercise of the right of revocation before expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation:
If you revoke this contract, we must return the tool and all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the low-priced standard delivery offered by us), to you without delay and at the latest within 14 days as from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for this repayment as you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will we charge you for this repayment.

If you have asked us to start our services during the revocation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount which corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you informed us of the exercise of the right of revocation with regard to this contract, in comparison to the total extent of the services provided for in the contract.
